In-home support
$195 + HST (1.5 - 2 hours) - initial appointment
$150 + HST (1 - 1.5 hours) - follow-up appointment
- hands on help with latching and positioning to minimize pain and maximize comfort and effectiveness (breast or bottle)

Virtual support
$125 + HST (1 hour)
Virtual consults can be very beneficial and many issues can be successfully addressed over video including:
- latch positioning to minimize pain and maximize comfort and effectiveness (breast or bottle)
- troubleshooting challenges whether it's your comfort or baby's, urgent concerns like mastitis or simply providing reassurance and answers to your questions
- demonstrating how to tell when baby is transferring milk
- pumping observation, discussion of options & modifications to increase effectiveness and comfort
- discussion of baby's oral function including parent observations and concerns
- detailed plan and follow-up support
Prenatal Consult
$125 + HST (1 hour)
Get off to a great start by learning about what to expect during those first days and weeks after baby arrives. Topics covered include:
- latching positions including how to achieve a deep, pain-free latch
- feeding cues
- how your body makes milk and how to make more!
- what to expect for the first feed, hours and few days back home
- how to know your baby is getting milk and getting enough
- normal newborn behaviour including sleep
- when to reach out for support
group sessions also available
As an IBCLC, I can help with a number of issues including:
